We offer annual health assessments, prepare care plans with access to allied health services, and do regular medication reviews in conjunction with the pharmacist.
Flu shots & clinics
We offer annual flu clinics to Aged Care residents and staff. Flu shots are also available during home visits.
Home visits
We bring our medical services to you, no matter where you are in the Bayside area.
Consulting
We work closely with other specialised geriatric services - geriatrician, psychogeriatric, falls and balance clinics, and continence services.
